- Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager - Merchandise & Retail Marketing (12-months Fixed-Term)
- Job Summary: The Associate Marketing Manager - Merchandise & Retail Marketing leads the creation and execution of marketing programs for key products sold through Pokémon Center and retail partners. As an integral member of a cross-functional team, this role will help to deliver highly creative and on-brand marketing activations that will excite new fans and drive engagement across the brand.

What you'll do
- Drive the creation of special retail offers and marketing promotions for Pokémon Center and Retail Marketing teams.
- Align with internal stakeholder partners on goals and execution requirements of the programs
- Create Promotion Briefs for key partner products and themed campaigns
- Collaborate with TPCi owned-channel leads (PR, SM, Online, Email) to develop communication plan and creative
- Assist with promotional activities such as sample requests for PR and Influencers
- Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring milestones are up to date and communicated to key stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal sales, production, design, and logistics so that materials are produced and delivered on time
- Prepare marketing activation performance reports for key products and campaigns
- Maintain financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets and a marketing database
What you'll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Passion to create unique programs that combine Pokémon and partner goals
- Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically

- Demonstrable ability to project manage, work cross functionally, and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus it is not required, however knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $83,000 - $97,850. The full range is $83,000 - $123,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
