Job Description
Pathway to HOPE Homes seeks an experienced, selfless, compassionate, and positive program coordinator/house manager for its Central and West Valley locations to assist our members and to maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment in a group home setting to meet the emotional and physical needs of our members.
Required Education/Certifications:
• Minimum Associates Certificate/Degree
• Article 9 Certification
• Prevention and Support Certification
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification
• Direct Care Worker Certification
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current Driver’s License
Required Soft Skills:
• Empathy: Being sympathetic to the member’s needs and understanding is necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Some youth have specific rules or schedules, such as dietary and physical needs that must be followed.
• Interpersonal Skills: HM work in a very personal way with our youth and must be sensitive.
• Time Management: HM are schedule keepers, making sure clients get up on time, take medication on schedule, and arrive at appointments on time.
Hours: Shifts available Monday – Sunday

We are a family-oriented agency and qualified vendor contracted with the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Currently located in Central and West Phoenix, we provide Habilitation and Respite services to youth with developmental disabilities. Hope is the foundation of who we are. Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
• Program management: 2 years (Preferred)
