Minimum Education
-- High School diploma or equivalent or evidence of obtaining.
Minimum Work Experience
-- Prior experience in healthcare food service desirable.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
-- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
-- Demonstrates safe food handling skills.
-- Knowledge of proper temperature zones for hot and cold foods and refrigeration.
-- Knowledge of regular and modified diets.
-- Demonstrates excellent customer service standards.
-- Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
