What will you do? As a Licensed Clinician at Aspire Health
Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions
to provide therapeutic services to program participants.
These functions include:
- Providing
therapeutic interventions in individual and/or group settings to participants
- Creating,
updating and monitoring progress on participant treatment plans
- Completing
program specific assessments
- Documenting
client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record
- Providing ongoing
communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of
participants or of the program in general
- Assisting the
program team as directed with the operation of the program
- Providing
appropriate discharge planning and referral
- Assisting with
Baker Act determinations and documentation, when necessary
- Maintaining
licensure by staying up-to-date with all renewal requirements
- Maintaining
compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in all
staff meetings as directed
- Other duties as
assigned
Qualifications
- Licensed as an
LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state of Florida (491 Board)
- 2 years of experience
working with target population preferred
- Pass a Level II
