This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital, and demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values.
The Christus Spohn Cancer Center (CSCC) offers a full range of advanced treatment options. Our Medical Oncology team consists of two physicians and three advanced practitioners who are over both inpatient and outpatient services in multiple locations throughout the Christus Spohn System. Radiation Oncology includes two locations that offer the services of external beam radiation, Tomotherapy, and CyberKnife. The laboratory provides a full range of hematology and metabolic services. We also offer a Palliative Care consultation program, which has an active daily census of patients per day. The CHRISTUS Spohn Cancer Center is accredited by the Commission on Cancer and is the only regional cancer center to receive this honor. With three clinics located throughout the Coastal Bend, the CHRISTUS Spohn Cancer Center and its clinics are a place where oncologists and clinicians are passionate about their patients care.
The CSCC Associates are known for their compassion and caring attitudes. Associates frequently comment on how they receive more than they give.
