We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teachers to join our onsite child care program for our employees in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.The Child Care Teacher will work with 3-4 children maximum. Both roles are non-supervisory.We are seeking two team members who will work 25 hours per week each. One team member will work 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and the second team member will work 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. (Monday - Friday).Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of 3-4 children in your care at all times.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and their families.
- Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, toileting, and napping.
- Foster a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents, and staff members.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe childcare environment.
- Observe children's behavior and development, and document any significant changes or incidents.
- Collaborate with other childcare workers and staff to create a supportive team environment.
- Attend regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:
- College degree in early childhood preferred, ECE credits required for Teachers
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening
- ProSolutions trainings required
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare settingPhysical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry children and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
