What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst to develop, integrate and continually improve data management
processes.
Prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports.
Work both independently and as an effective team member in a changing environment and short deadlines.
Establishes key elements of operational plans
Participate in discussions to influence processes
Communicate with clients or external stakeholders on matters related operational planning and analysis
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph; MUST obtain and maintain a FULL SCOPE (FS)/ LIFESTYLE (LS) polygraph
Eight (8) or more years of combined operations experience with the federal government, DoD or Intelligence Community
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Background
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with FULL SCOPE (FS) polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Experience with mission compliance policies and governance, FISA authorities, EO12333, additional sensitive authorities, and
cybersecurity authorities
Agency Compliance policies and standards (understand legal rulesets)
Knowledge of data flow practices and data sharing processes, agreements, and methods
Ability to prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports
Confluence and JIRA experience
Experience working with IC community Partners
