Qualifications for Registered Nurse ( RN ) include:
- Current RN license in good standing
- 1 year of RN bedside nursing
- Available to travel 20 miles from the Springfield office
- Available to work with all levels of care. Medsurg-Trach/Vent
- Available to work all shifts.
- Must be interested in full time.
- STAT nurse will help cover current urgent shift (call outs, vacations etc) needs as well as bring home new referrals. Scheduling coverage for new referrals can be up to 6 weeks or more; leading to 2 admits per quarter.
- STAT nurse will help training new nurses coming on to current cases.
- When not working in the field, RN will have the opportunity to cover office related tasks such as:
- Marketing in the community
- Participating in community events
- Auditing charts and filing
- Education and execution of CM designee tasks
- Home care experience is preferred. 1 years of nursing experience is accepted for review.
