* Answer incoming calls
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly
* Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments
* Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware
* Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets/issues
* Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
* Complete company-provided customer service training as required
* Periodic travel may be required
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
