Job SummaryThe Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete posting of incoming payments to customer accounts. In addition, payment research and account reconciliation will be performed.

Responsibilities- Accurately posts incoming payments to customer accounts and process credit card payments
- Prepares, processes and resolves adjustments and payment discrepancies
- Researches unidentified payments and credit balances, and audits COD CTA (Cash Transmittal Advice)
- Works closely with Sales, the Credit Dept. and customers, providing good customer service to internal and external customers
- Provides timely, reliable and accurate reporting
- Reconciles accounts
- Identifies and communicate opportunities to continuously improve, standardize and streamline the cash application process
- Makes desktop deposits
- Must be able to multitask and work effectively and independently
EducationAssociates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
Requirements/Qualifications- Working experience in the accounts receivables field
- Experience in SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Results-oriented and strives for continuous improvement
- Strong general math and analytics skills
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
