Job Title: Mammography Technician
Location: Cumming, GA
Type: Travel Position
Compensation: $2,300.00/week
Shift:
- 8-hour days
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation:
- Daily overtime after 24 hours
- Weekly overtime after 40 hours
OnCall: No
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
- BLS certification
- ARRT certification
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Job Description: The Mammography Technician will:
- Provide outpatient imaging services including breast ultrasounds, bone density scans, mammograms, and breast biopsy procedures.
- Utilize advanced mammography equipment to perform routine and diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Cerner EMR system.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Additional Information:
- This position is not open to local candidates within 50 miles of Cumming, GA.
