Powers Health is Hiring an UKG Systems Administrator!
Must be local, position is hybrid.
Job Description:
Working with the UKG Pro Workforce Management Application, the UKG Systems Administrator ensures the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the workforce management system. The Systems Administrator will analyze business requirements, configure system functionalities, and support end-users.----------
System Administration:
Administer and maintain the application, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Manage user accounts, security roles, and system permissions.
Perform regular system audits and maintenance tasks.

Configuration:
Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement system configurations that meet organizational needs.
Create workflows, reports, and dashboards within application.
Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems.

Technical Support:
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to address complex technical problems.
Train and support end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

Project Management:
Lead and participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the application.
Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.
Monitor system performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Stay up-to-date with application updates and industry trends.
Recommend and implement best practices for workforce management processes.
Developing and maintaining training material and content.

--Required Skills & Qualifications:----
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with UKG, formerly Kronos, or similar workforce management systems preferred.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, and leave management.
Proficiency in system configuration and integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with API or Boomi, report writing tools, and data analysis is a plus.
