Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Associate or Experienced Product Acceptance Specialists (Level B/C) to join the Quality Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!

Primary Responsibilities:
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
Provides objective evidence of results.
Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
Identifies and documents discrepancies.
Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
1+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
1+ years of experience performing product inspection
Must be able to walk up/down stairs and bend/stoop frequently.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience identifying engineering characteristics on product and utilizing calibrated equipment to measure and report results
787 Program Experience.
Experience in a team environment.
Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level B): Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
Experienced (Level C): Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Associate (Level B) summary pay range: $51,865 - $55,811
Experienced (Level C) summary pay range: $60,700 - $61,992
