The Boeing Company’s Corporate Labor Relations organization is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Specialists to find the best fit for this position.
We are seeking an individual who has a broad range of experience covering the areas of employee engagement, positive employee relations, labor relations, change management, and lean principles. The selected candidate for this position will demonstrate proactive approaches to identifying issues, generating ideas and developing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
Partner with small team of labor relation specialists to focus on integration and execution of key actions following union negotiations and work environment assessments
Engage with key stakeholders including business leaders, Human Resources (HR), finance, and site/functional Labor Relations (LR) to identify potential labor efficiencies in the business
Leverage Lean and Change Management principles to provide advice to LR, HR, and business leaders for process improvements and best practices
Identify risks both internal and external - to a strong, direct relationship between leaders and employees and develop plans to mitigate those vulnerabilities to disengagement
Provide innovative ideas/initiatives to increase employee engagement
Provide operational advice and counsel to management, HR and support groups on a broad range of employee relations issues
Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Generalists, HR functions and build integrated solutions that will foster a culture based on relationships, trust and engagement
Develop and providing education on Employee Relations strategies and processes
Assist management and HR in developing strategies related to employee survey feedback
Share knowledge, guide and interpret collective bargaining agreements and labor relations issues
Able to travel 30% domestically
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
1+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations
Experience identifying and mitigating risks to a direct relationship between leaders and employees
Willing and capable to travel up to 30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures, in particular the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
Typical Education & Experience:
Experienced (Level 3)
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior (Level 4)
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $74,800 - $117,300
Summary pay range for Senior Level: $90,950 - $141,450
