Gulf Winds is seeking Owner Operators for its location in Dallas/Ft Worth, TX. Gulf Winds serves the container drayage, transloading, and domestic transportation industries and offers CDL-A owner operators consistently high volumes of work. Plus, you'll stay close to your starting point, making your runs and home time dependable. Compensation:
- Average Weekly Pay: $4,000 + FSC
- Fuel surcharge paid off gross (% of load)

- Sign on: $2,000 (paid in 2 installments over the first 2 weeks of employment)

- $50 for Clean Level 3, $75 for Clean Level 2, $100 for Clean Level 1, $200 for Clean Level 1 + a CVSA decal issued to the truck, $300 for a Clean Level 1 + a CVSA decal issued on BOTH the truck & the chassis, $50/each decal for an inspection that has a violation BUT a CVSA decal(s) issued

- Any year of truck as long as it passes inspection Qualifications
- Must have a valid CDL A License
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 1-year verifiable tractor trailer driving experience in the last 10 years
- HazMat not required but adds additional opportunities
- No more than three (3) moving violations within the last thirty-six (36) months.
- No more than two (2) preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months
- Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last 10 years
- Must be able to pass a previous employer and criminal background check. No misdemeanor in the last five (5) years or felony convictions in the last seven (7) years
- Must live within 60 Miles of Dallas/Ft Worth, TX As a full-service, third-party logistics provider, our Owner Operators enjoy consistent and steady work as partners with the largest container drayage provider on the Gulf Coast.
