Position Purpose: Responsible for driving the product performance function for assigned products, across multiple lines of business. Oversee the review of product performance, the analysis of performance of products, the coordination of product improvement initiatives, and the preparation of executive leadership for regular interactions with key regulators across the state.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities to ensure success of product.
- Develop and monitor key business metrics dashboard; identify and lead efforts to resolve negative trends.
- Determine, develop and continually improves strategies, objectives and policies for the long term portfolio and identifies and resolves any issues that may hinder program success.
- Evaluate enhancements to products to assess how they support strategic plan, membership enrollment and retention targets.
- Define and execute strategies to manage cost structure and deliver competitively priced products to improve profit and loss statement performance, including tracking programs to manage medical costs, unit costs, and selling costs.
- Oversee the implementation of various work group deliverables to ensure support of business objectives and meet compliance requirements.
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with distribution channel leaders and third party partners.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of product development/management, consulting, analysis, or project management experience in a PPO, HMO or other managed care organization. Management experience required.Pay Range: $129,400.00 - $239,300.00 per year
