Experienced manager or multi-unit leader with unique portfolio experience (i.e., high volume DTs, efficient square foot cafe-- with high merchandise sales, concept store(s), kiosks, etc.)? Ability to create and execute strategic initiatives at a rapid pace in an evolving and highly visible business environment? Ability to lead and develop your team with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teams? Ability to be flexible, navigate ambiguity, and adapt knowledge and experience to the needs of the business, team and guests? Deep understanding of and demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience? Forward-thinking with strong decision-making capability and strength in problem-solving using a combination of established methods and external processes? Ability to uphold daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities of shop operations, such as scheduling, staff projections, and interdepartmental communicationsNice-to-have experience ? 2+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service? 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 10 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills? 2+ years of experience in a customer-service-oriented role?
