Spherion is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician, CNC Machines.
Senior Maintenance technician will be working with a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for repair, install, adjust and maintain industrial machinery ready to manufacture
quality products efficiently.
Respond with a sense of urgency to maintenance issues with production equipment.
Observe, test, and evaluate operation of machinery to diagnose causes of malfunction.
Work with the Director of Manufacturing to develop and accomplish a comprehensive
Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Repair, replace, adjust, and align components of CNC machines and other equipment.
Test-run repaired equipment to verify adequacy of repairs.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions on CNC machines and other production equipment.
Assist in ordering parts for equipment repairs.
Assist in training other mechanics and new hires to perform basic and more complex
maintenance tasks.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Senior level CNC technician with leadership and organizational skills .
Must be able to understand and follow repair manuals, installation manuals and operations manuals.
Must have good communication skills and positive teamwork attitude.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as CNC Maintenance technician or related field.
Experienced with CNC machines such as: Star Swiss type, Hass and Doosan's machines is preferred.
Expertise on equipment diagnosis and experience with alignments on CNC machine.
