We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers during the sales process, ensuring that they have a positive experience while working with our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests
- Explain features and benefits of various vehicles to customers
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance
- Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and dealership promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
