Position Overview:
Location: West Burlington, IA
Duration of Assignment: Ongoing, through 2024
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday; Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Flexibility: Required; Call Requirements: Nights and weekends; Call rotation shared between 3 providers
EMR System: Cerner
Work independently and confidently
Hourly Rate: $235 per hour

Submission Requirements:
Certification: NBCRNA - Required
Licensure: Active IA license - Highly Preferred
Local Candidates: Highly Preferred
Malpractice/Background: Clean history - Highly Preferred
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR, DEA - Required
Experience: Comfortable with all scopes of practice and working independently - Required
Vaccination: Covid-19 vaccination - Required
