Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Group that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring a dynamic Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services. This is a position with high growth and earning potential as the division expands.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The BCBA provides support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is accomplished through function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
As a supervisor role in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) division, the BCBA's responsibilities include overseeing programming and training Direct Support Professionals (DSP / BTs), facilitating ABA training, developing resources for clients and families, providing model teaching and instructional support, implementing assessment tools, behavior strategies and Behavior Support Plans. Conducting ongoing training and supervision, establishing data collection systems, developing behavior plans, meeting with staff, reviewing and signing off on plans, entering session notes, providing consultation services, staying updated with research and literature, managing data / paperwork in a timely manner, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
- Active Certification in the state of Arizona
- Experience in the field for a minimum of 2 years.
- Ability to pass background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proficient with Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET) and other ABA programming and implementation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means.
- Computer Skills including Microsoft software, especially 365 platform.
- Fluency working with electronic health records (EHR) and general office equipment (multi-line phone, scanner, Fax)
- Reliable transportation to/from work.
