What the Break Line Operator will do: - Load and unload cartons of eggs from flats onto the production line
- Identify leaks, blood spots, and imperfections on the eggs through a process called “candling
What you need to be a Break Line Operator: - Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 26 pounds continuously, and 55 pounds on occasion with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent attendance record
