The Strategic Clinical Admissions Director is a pivotal role focused on generating business, refining the referral process, managing portfolios, and paving the pathway to strategic partnerships. This position demands a wealth of experience and expertise in handling skilled referrals, establishing and nurturing new business relationships, and a winning mindset. The role of the Strategic CAD reflects a strategic and growth-focused approach, emphasizing the importance of relationship-building, program development, and strategic partnerships in driving new business for the organization. Qualifications:
In lieu of professional licensure, comparable healthcare experience will be considered.
Must have five to seven years of recent clinical experience.
Valid driver's license is required.
