Hennepin County's Elections department is seeking to fill several temporary Elections Assistant positions to support the absentee mail team through the 2024 General Election. These positions will primarily consist of data entry, mail out absentee voting support, processing absentee ballots and other administrative duties as assigned. Elections Assistants must perform duties in a non-partisan manner and be able to use technical and analytical skills and perform a variety of administrative functions. The Elections department is looking for individuals interested in election administration, government processes, and interaction with residents.
