USRN is a clinician owned medical group. We are the only medical group in the country to offer all of our Physician Assistants an ownership component in our medical group from day one.
We have an exciting opportunity in New Haven, CT. Pay would be in the $150-180k area, plus profit sharing, PTO, CME, 401k with match, healthcare, malpractice, etc. This is a full time, permanent position.
Ortho floor coverage role:
- Four 10 hour day shifts: (6:30am 4:30pm)
- Managing roughly 10 post-op patients a shift
- Rounding
- Calling consults, pain control, collaboration with case management, assessment of acute post-op events, discharging of patients
- Coverage would include either spine, joint, or trauma depending on PA strengths.
