This traveler is open to working both MedSurg and ED - Hard to say percentage wise how much they would work per unit (e.g., 50% ED, 50% MedSurg) because they will be working where they are needed
12 hour shifts. they would want flexibility on shifts based on needs for a couple opposite shifts, if possible. Because this is smaller hospital, Willingness to be flexible is needed. Will always make sure they get the sleep and rest they need.
