We are currently searching for one Full-Time Assistant Community Director to join our team in the Harrisburg market. This position will allow you to utilize your leadership, customer service and multi-tasking skills to the fullest. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operation of the property.
- Manage and lead a team within the thriving Central PA Region.
- Rent collection and landlord filings.
- Processing applications.
- Customer service.
- Data Entry.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Vendor contract management.
- Budget preparation.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- PA Real Estate License is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
