Who We're Looking For
The Resident Coordinator is a friendly, upbeat and tenacious go-getter who puts relationships at the heart of who they are and what they do. You build brand loyalty by striving to establish a consistently stellar resident experience. Prospects and residents are continually followed up in a responsive, timely and respectful manner. You work with the Corporate Leasing Team to support future resident tours and assist with the application process. You follow Federal Fair Housing regulations while also creating a personalized, informative, and fun walk through the property, ultimately resulting in new leases. General administrative tasks are completed with precision and tenacity, ambitiously going above and beyond to create a superb resident experience. This role provides additional support to the Property Manager and Corporate Leasing Team, along with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide frontline customer service for all resident requests and issues, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
- Respond to Resident Queue and assist with follow-ups as needed.
- Assist with executing meaningful events that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
- Ensure a consistently stellar resident and prospect experience.
- Ensure all amenity areas are clean and presentable for resident use.
- Maintain and organize package/mail rooms, amenity spaces, and other areas as required.
- Open and close model units daily, offering showings if needed and walking designated tour route for all prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent education. Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A people-person at heart with an innate ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, and other fees.
- Strong familiarity with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office (Yardi experience preferred).
- Motivated to excel and focus on established goals and sales requirements.
Compensation details: 48000-52000 Yearly Salary
