As one of Venza Care's 17 facilities across Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, we are dedicated to setting new standards in healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shiftCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careSupervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practicesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and adjust patient care plans as necessaryLead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient careQualifications:Valid Alabama or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license.
