JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help grow and manage our operations. This position will work collaboratively with managers, peers in other departments, vendors, and customers. The Project Manager will help us in our growth by managing products, contractors, and schedules to ensure we are on time and within budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop clear and comprehensive project plans/schedules
- Assist in defining project scopes and objectives
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costing
- Manage relationships between clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators within the project
- Provide pre-planning and execution strategies as it relates to schedule, scope, and objective requirements
- Assist periodic quality control/assurance reviews and project closeout
- Responsible for conducting post-project evaluation, identifying successes and failed elements of the project
REQUIREMENTS:- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a related field required
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience working within most stages of an engineering workflow process
- Project estimating experience from equipment to construction desired.
- Experience managing budgets and costs associated with projects.
- Excellent follow through, accountability, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills who can also adapt to quickly changing priorities and manage stressful situations.
- Professional attitude, dedication to company culture and growth mindset.
- Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to always ensure a safe workplace.
- Have reliable attendance, be respectful and responsible at work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Collaboratively work with a variety of stakeholders to identify issues, develop possible solutions, prepare accurate documentation, and facilitate resolution of issues
- Provide and document technical information to engineers and other project team members.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Skilled at conveying short- and long-term solutions when making decisions.
- Skilled with personal computers and experience using Microsoft and other software applications
- Ability to build trusting relationships with co-workers, customers, leadership and peers.
