*What will I do?*
The Senior Landscape Designer will oversee complex landscape projects, project estimating, project layout, cost oversight, contract negotiations, and client meetings. This position is responsible for preparing, and producing site inventory, site analysis, design development drawings, illustrative graphics/renderings, conceptual plans, municipal/state permitting applications, attending site meetings, and contract creation. Throughout all areas of their work, the Senior Landscape Designer will build relationships with clients, vendors, state/local regulatory agencies, and all members of the Pellettieri Associates Team.
*What are we looking for?*
* BLA/MLA from an accredited Landscape Architectural program, or equivalent, preferred.
* 5-8 years of experience in high-end residential design,
* Demonstrated experience designing landscapes and managing projects in New England, as well as demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques and horticulture knowledge specific to New Hampshire.
* Highly proficient with software programs, including but not limited

* Strong written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas and designs effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on critical elements as well as the big picture.
