We are a private, pediatric speech-language pathology practice in Cupertino, CA—just beyond the borders of San Jose, in the “South Bay”.
Prefer a compressed workweek 4 days a week? Perfect! We've got you covered. Schedule would be Mondays/Wednesday/Thursdays/Fridays--Tuesdays off, 8am to 6pm.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a practice where the emphasis is on the quality of care, with strong ethics and a dedication to learning and growing as professionals, and at the same time, have fun with the best, friendliest team around!
We provide a week training/observation before seeing clients. Mandarin language competency or an interest in AAC not required, but is an extra plus!

*Who would be a good fit?* We have an amazing staff and super adorable kids at our practice! We are looking for an SLP who is dynamic, energetic, flexible, LOVES doing therapy and relates well to children and their parents. If you smile a lot and are friendly and confident, this is a good match! We are looking for long-term relationships with our staff.
Have you ever used a Hamaguchi app? This practice is where we have created them! Patti Hamaguchi also develops assessments and our staff is often involved in field-testing and giving feedback on them, including the RESCA-E and the TAPS-4. This is a practice on the cutting edge of product development in addition to superior intervention and assessment!
*Our clientele/Your skills:* We have a large population of autistic children at our practice. The right candidate should have a very strong background in working with autistic children and supporting their families with a neurodiverse-affirming mindset. Most of the sessions are 1:1, but in the afternoons we often have dyads (groups of 2) or small groups (up to 6 children). The population we typically serve is 18 months to age 12.
Additional areas of skills and interest should include:
* Early childhood
* Articulation (Those R sounds!)
* Apraxia/articulation (PROMPT training a plus!)
* Auditory processing
* Speech delay
* Social language development/groups
* AAC
*Salary Range: *Staff SLPs earn $88,00-125,000+ profit sharing depending on years of experience as a licensed SLP. The CF with no experience would start at the lowest end of this range.
