CPABA Therapy is an organization that is dedicated to providing the highest quality therapy to children with Autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We have a growing, dynamic, dedicated and fun staff and a wonderful group of clients. We continue to grow and are looking to add responsible and passionate BCBAs to our staff. We are moving to a larger space in Harborview/Suffolk, VA this summer!
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off packages are available for full-time employees. Some continuing education assistance is also provided. Half-days on Fridays weekly. Work from home hours provided weekly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* BCBA - Current BCBA certification and at least one or more years experience working with children with autism is *required*
* Must have a Masters degree in a related field.
* Initial and ongoing training provided
* Must be responsible, punctual, have a good history of attendance, and be open to feedback
* Must have great written and verbal communication skills
* Must be CPR or BLS certified through live coursework
* Must have reliable transportation
* Positions available both for services provided to young children as well as services provided to teens/adults
*Excellent communication skills, patience, passionate about working with clients with autism, a history of good attendance, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team are a must!*
