The Marketing Strategy Manager, Softlines will plan and implement long term and fiscal year marketing strategies. You will support marketing to drive the growth of Disney's North America fashion and home categories.
You will actively lead and cultivate the engagement, partnership and joint business planning with each account, new and existing, to ultimately support the category team to drive and deliver growth in licensing sales on behalf of the North America business.
The Marketing Strategy Manager, Softlines will report to the Director, Marketing Strategy.
You will be responsible for:Activating annual roadmap to anchor support against all key North American softlines partners and launches
Implementing marketing tactics within DCP to support category team on new opportunities and accounts
Building pitch decks and marketing plans for softlines launches
Supporting integration between partner brands and Disney ecosystem, driving fashion-forward exciting 360 marketing campaigns (including in-store POS, windows, digital content, events, screenings, loyalty campaigns, synergy opportunities etc) with accounts, across all franchises, as well as category growth initiatives such as shop-in-shops, cafes, new experiences.
You will have3 years of marketing experience
Experience within specialist Fashion, Footwear and Accessories consumer products marketing
Experience in leading marketing campaigns with social and influencers
Ability to analyze data and implement recommendations to achieve business targets
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
Flexibility for travel

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $92,800 - $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
