What you will do as an Electrical Technician: - Provide programming, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicle electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems as required to meet production goals
- Document work and results as required and advise management of vehicle condition
- Work overtime as required to complete production goals
- Function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintain control of situations as they arise
What you need to be an Electrical Technician: - High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree in the automotive discipline, electronics, or equivalent vocational school/job experience combination
- Automotive or heavy/commercial truck electrical systems diagnostic experience and mechanical repair experience are highly desire
- Previous experience with PC-based diagnostic equipment such as automotive scan tools
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and work at heights using fall protection
