Plumbing Manager - Northern Virginia
This position will manage Plumbing Sales / Operations in our Alexandria VA Branch location.
Len the Plumber Heating and Air is an award-winning residential plumbing company looking for a Plumbing Branch Manager to support our busy and growing team.

The Branch Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead and inspire the Plumbing and Electrical Divisions toward even greater heights of success. With full P&L accountability, this role drives business development, training, and exceptional customer service for a thriving multi-million-dollar plumbing and electrical services operation.
As Branch Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee a team of talented Technicians and Managers through direct supervision of the Service and Install Managers.

Essential Job Functions:
- Represent the Len the Plumber Heating and Air at every point of contact, Positive, Passionate, and Professional.
- Responsible for the overall financial performance of the branch.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan aligned with the company's mission and objectives; lead the team to execute it with excellence.
- Drive revenue growth and gross profit goals by exploring new opportunities for business development; and expanding service lines and geographic locations.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals with responsibility for achieving high levels of sales conversion rate, revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and implement organizational development strategies that promote career growth and training opportunities for employees.
- Attract, retain, and nurture top talent to drive exceptional performance and meet revenue and profitability targets in line with the company's KPIs and performance-driven business model.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in the home service industry in a managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations, and Customer Service.
- Experience in a similar home service industry: Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Home Improvement, or Construction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Excel a MUST).
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate high levels of collaboration cross-functionally.
- Demonstrates expertise in business strategy development, communication, and execution.
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Experience with Service Titan a Plus!
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Sales experience is strongly desirable.
Experience/ Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred.
Compensation:
$100-130K
