This position is fast-paced and will require a person with the desire to learn, grow in their career, and the ability to handle challenges, plus enjoy successes.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Preparing and conducting client meetingsGathering data from clients for preparation of financial planRunning insurance illustrations, constructing financial plansCommunicating investment advice based on recommendations of teamTracking next steps in the planning process for clientsProviding outstanding service to reproduce top clientsEntering and manipulate information into Contact Management System and Financial Planning softwareImplementing client touches to create concierge experience resulting in consistent referralsPerforming follow up and process new business; manage existing client relationshipsManaging and resolving client issuesExpectations:Ability to build rapport via phone, virtual meetings or in person with clientsProfessional, clear, and polite communication preference is requiredAbility to work with the Advisor and other support team members to accomplish a common goalBe able to conform to a changing environment and work at a quick pace, to achieve timely deadlines.Serving as the primary contact for a designated group of clients.
