Where others see problems; you only see opportunities.-- You are extremely punctual and take great pride in your work, persistence isn't just a word to you, it's your way of life!-- You challenge yourself to be a better teammate today than you were yesterday.-- You understand how much organization and collaboration mean to the commercial pre-construction process and you will never let your team down!-- Responsibilities for this position include:Answer calls and calendar deadlines Upload and Download files from internetCalling and emailing vendors for quotes, qualifications, and other informationDocument control: receive, file, track, and distribute all construction documents (plans, bids, emails, etc.)Updating vendor/subcontractor information on company databaseGather submittals from subcontractors/vendors and prepare documents for each project Assist in prequalification of vendor/subcontractors Knowledge and understanding of process flow to ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate and well organized --Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the accounting team, Estimating Team, and Project Management team Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude -- Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Must have project scheduling and document control experience. Superior communication and organization development skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with the following software:----Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Bluebook, Construct Connect and Procore Bid Management preferred What we offer:We offer Healthcare Insurance, PTO, 401K match, and ancillary insurance options.
