Purpose of Position:
Occupational Therapist is to develop and carry out treatment plans for inpatient,
Outpatient, and home health patients
Essential Functions:
Daily care of patients
Charting on all patients

Education, Qualifications, Experience:
Licensure in the State of Kansas
Expectation of Service: This is a non-exempt 40 hour per week position. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Physical Requirements: Occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting/carrying 10-50 pounds with occasional lifting/carrying 51-75 pounds; frequent reaching/grasping, twisting, pulling/pushing. Frequent exposure to equipment. Continuosly writing in English and working irregular hours. See attached Physical, Sensory and Mental Requirements portion of the job description.
