The
Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, in between the hours of 6:30AM - 7:00PM (40-hour work week). Management will determine schedule.
Location: The Everett Clinic - 3901 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, WA
Primary Responsibilities: - First point of contact for our patients. Sets the tone for a positive experience
- Exhibits empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency, and care
- Schedules appointments and procedures, following standard guidelines
- Uses Multiple computer and phone systems to fulfill patient needs over phone
- Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
- Advises patients of their responsibilities regarding insurance and referral information

Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- 1+ year(s) of Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ year(s) of receptionist experience in a medical office
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a health care setting
- Knowledge/understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Independent means of transportation during work hours for job related tasks
Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for Washington residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour .
