Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis databases.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to formulate effective case strategies.
- Stay abreast of developments in the legal field, particularly in personal injury law and estate planning.
- Assist in client consultations and offer legal advice as necessary.
Skills:
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks.
- Strong knowledge of law with a focus on personal injury law and estate planning.
- Experience with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for efficient legal research.
- Ability to litigate cases effectively.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
