Job Title: RN - Medical Surgical - Neuro Location: 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28204 Role Specific Responsibilities Include: - RATIOS: 1:5-6 ( 5-6 patients per RN max) Average Daily Census: 28
- 2-3 CNA's available for support
- SHIFT: Night 3x12-Hour
- RTO: 7 days MAX
- Float Requirement: WILL REQUIRE FLOATING as needed within the service line, including but not limited to the following med surg units:
- Pulmonary unit, Neuro Medical unit, Neurovascular Surgical unit, Hematology/Oncology unit, where they will take the general hematology/medical patients, GI/Renal, General Surgery Trauma unit, Orthopedic Surgical unit.
- Weekend Requirement: Weekend Requirements: 3 weekends every 6 weeks, total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sundays.
Required Qualifications: - Certifications - BLS and NIH.
- Nurse Licence - NC or Compact state license.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1
- Traveler Experience: Unit Will Accept 1st Time Travelers
- Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
- Med Surg, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias. Need experience in Stroke & Neuro
