You will join a team of BCBAs who are committed to providing superior treatment and behavior support to children 2-6 years old with Autism Spectrum disorders, related disabilities, and mental health needs.
Affinity Autism Services is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our team. We currently have 4 site-based programs located in West Jordan, Sandy, Riverton, and Saratoga Springs. We also serve clients in an in-home setting from Davis county to Utah county.

This position is directly responsible for completing assessments for each child and designing effective treatment and behavior plans to meet the needs of the child, as well as providing ongoing training to technicians and parents. Treatment plans and accompanying programs are based on principles of ABA.
*Required Experience or Education:*
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Conduct Assessments including the VB-MAPP, and develop appropriate treatment plans and programs
* Complete Functional Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans
* Provide supervision and training to interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians
* Providing ongoing training to families of our clients
* Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families, schools, and other professional services
* Meet best practice standards and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the BACB.
* Programs written shall use evidenced – based intervention strategies
* Review program data and adjust programs and services based on client data
