Soar Autism Center is hiring for an
Early Childhood Development Therapist across all of our clinics! As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism. This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
No prior certification is necessary; we provide thorough training to equip you for success.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
