Epic Charting experience is a hard stop requirement.Licensure Oregon RN license is NOT required at time of submission pending okay, if traveler does not have an expired OR RN license. Oregon CNA license must be in hand at time of submission pending or expired will be redirected.Start/ RTO / Schedule Policy Facility prefers to only book 4-5 weeks out from current date but check job descriptions for specific start date information. RTO must be finalized at time of submittal and cannot be changed once the submittal has been sent to the client for review. Additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation.
