We are actively seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine (IM) Hospitalist to join our well-established hospital practice near SALLIS, MS. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to become an integral part of a dynamic team of 22 hospitalists, contributing to the delivery of exceptional inpatient care and positively influencing the local healthcare landscape. In this role, you will work 12-hour shifts onsite, following a 7 on/off schedule, providing a perfect balance between a fulfilling professional life and personal time. The collaborative and supportive environment within the group is underscored by the presence of two hospitalists per day, fostering teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. While procedures are available for those who wish to expand their skill set, they are not mandatory, allowing flexibility based on individual preferences and expertise. Similarly, vent management and intubation services are available but not required, ensuring a well-rounded and accommodating practice environment.
