Momentum Physical Therapy and Performance Training, located in Milford, MA is looking for a dynamic and driven part-time/full-time licensed physical therapist to join our team. Momentum believes in a patient centered approach to care, and offers the continuum of services from rehab to performance. Patient evaluations are scheduled for 1 hour, and follow-up treatments are one-on-one for 45 minutes. Your patients will work exclusively with you over the entire course of their care! Momentum does not utilize assistants or aides in our treatment model.
