Inside Sales / Lead Qualification Specialist:
Primary Duties:
- Main point of contact for incoming printer leads via both phone and internet .
- Log new leads into NetSuite CRM from HubSpot as needed.
- Assist in qualifying printer opportunities and schedule printer demonstrations for respective Sales Regions/Territory Sales Managers.
- Manage Emails/ Inbound Calls from new leads, opportunities, and customers for Territory Sales Managers when they are on vacation/tradeshows.
- Handle Printer Queue Inbound calls, do warm transfers to Sales Managers as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls/emails campaigns for leads within NetSuite (during slower periods)
Additional Duties:
- Assist in production of printed samples either separately or in conjunction with Media Lab as needed.
- Email or snail mail marketing collateral as requested by field sales/marketing.
- Assist in traveling/working tradeshows on ‘as needed’ basis.
- Learn about printers, inks, toners, ribbons and label media offerings by AstroNova.
