Our program focuses on 12-step philosophy and community integration, providing a multidisciplinary team of MDs, Master's-level clinicians, addiction specialists, and mental health and trauma experts. *Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will have experience in withdrawal management and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing training to residential staff on withdrawal management protocols and procedures, overseeing medication management for all programs within the organization, and providing support to patients medical issues.
*Responsibilities:*
* Administer medications and monitor patients during the withdrawal process.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
* Develop and deliver training programs to residential staff on withdrawal management protocols and procedures.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
* Oversee medication management for all programs within the organization.
* Provide support to patients on medical issues.
* Conduct regular medical trainings for staff including CPR and Narcan administration.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Experience in addiction treatment or mental health
* Knowledge of 12-step philosophy and community integration
* Familiarity with psychiatric and trauma disorders
* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
