Requirements:
- FL license
- 1 year of experience
- Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Level I Trauma, Community Hospital, Children's Hospital, NICU, Adult ICU work setting experience required; IV starts, Phlebotomy, PACS, Contrast, Biopsies skills required
- Siemens equipment experience required
- Ablations, Biopsies, Drainages, Upper and Lower extremity IR experience required
- Must have certification with corresponding sub certification
- ARRT/Advanced
- BLS
- Cerner EMR required
